  • Shipping Fees: Free shipping for orders above INR 5,000 across India. A fee of INR 200 applies for orders below INR 5,000. For urgent orders, please contact us for the best available option with an additional charge.


International Shipping:

  • We offer worldwide shipping, with rates calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • International orders are dispatched within 14-21 business days. Please allow an additional 7-10 days for delivery.


Customs and Duties:

  • Any customs duties or additional charges are applied when the package reaches its destination country. Musk Have is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as they vary by country. For specific information, please contact your local customs office.


Failed Deliveries:

  • Musk Have is not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability, incorrect contact details, multiple delivery attempts, or refusal to pay applicable fees.
  • If your order is returned and you wish to have it shipped again, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees.


Service Delays:

  • Musk Have is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters, or clearance delays. In such situations, please contact the courier company directly with the provided tracking number for updates.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery. You can also enter the tracking number on our website to check the status of your order.
