RETURNS & EXCHANGES
This policy applies to purchases made through our official website.
- No refunds are offered under any circumstances.
- All eligible returns are processed as store credit, valid for 3 months.
- We offer one-time size exchange per order.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- Incorrect item delivered
- Damaged item or manufacturing defect
- Size exchange (permitted once per order, subject to availability)
Please note:
- Size exchanges are allowed only once per order.
- If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
- Store credit is non-refundable and can be redeemed only once.
Store Credit Usage
- Store credit can be used to purchase any product, irrespective of whether the value is higher or lower than the original purchase.
- Any unused balance from a store credit will not be carried forward or refunded.
- Store credit cannot be redeemed against COD or shipping charges.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags intact.
- You must email us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- The returned item must reach us within 7 days of delivery.
- Items with stains, scents, signs of wear, or damage will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Raise a Request
Email us at muskhaveshop@gmail.com within 3Â days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Choose Your Return Method
Self-Ship
- You may ship the product back to us at your own cost.
Pickup Service (Available Only for Store Credit)
- We will arrange a pickup and share a shipping label.
- Please print and securely attach the label to the package before pickup.
- INR 250 will be deducted from the issued store credit towards pickup charges.
Step 3: Processing Timelines
- Store credit is issued only for the product value.
- COD charges and shipping charges are non-refundable and are not included in the store credit amount.
- Store credit will be issued within 3–4 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
- Replacement or size exchange orders (if applicable) will be dispatched within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or customised pieces
- Sale items and items marked as Final Sale
- Sale items not marked as Final Sale may be returned only for store credit
- Accessories
- Purchases made using store credit
- International orders
Order Cancellations
Musk Have reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of:
- Product unavailability
- Inaccurate billing or shipping details
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Delivery or logistical constraints
- Website or pricing errors
