RETURNS & EXCHANGES
This policy applies to purchases made through our official website.
- No refunds are offered under any circumstances.
- All eligible returns are processed as store credit, valid for 3 months.
- We offer one-time size exchange per order.

- Incorrect item delivered
- Damaged item or manufacturing defect
- Size exchange request (once per order)
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached.
- You must email us within 3–5 days of receiving the order.
- The returned item must reach us within 7 days of delivery.
- Items with stains, scents, or visible wear will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Process
- Step 1: Email us at muskhaveshop@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Choose your preferred return method:
- Self-ship: You bear the shipping cost.

Pickup service (available only for store credit):
- We will send you a shipping label.
- Print and attach the label for pickup.
- INR 250 will be deducted from your store credit.

Step 3: Processing timelines:
- Store credit issued within 3–4 business days post inspection.
- Replacements dispatched within 10 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Custom-made or customised pieces
- Sale items and items marked as ‘Final Sale’
- Sales items that are marked down and not purchased as ‘Final Sale’ can be returned for store credit.
- Accessories
- Purchases made using store credit
- International orders
Order CancellationsMusk Have reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:
- Product unavailability
- Inaccurate billing details
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Delivery constraints
- Website errors
