Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All returns and exchanges are processed as store credit only, valid for 3 months.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for:
- Incorrect items delivered
- Damaged items or manufacturing defects
- Size exchanges
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
- All requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must reach us within 15 days of delivery.
Return & Exchange Process

Shipping Options:
- Self-ship the item at your expense.
- Choose our convenient pickup service, available exclusively for returns processed as store credit. A fee of INR 250 will be deducted from your store credit, and we’ll provide you with a shipping label that must be printed and attached to the package for pickup.

Processing Timeline:
- Store Credits: Issued within 3-4 business days after inspection.
- Replacements: Dispatched within 7 days of receiving the item.
Limitations
- One-time size exchange per order.
- Custom-made items, sale items, accessories, and store credit purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Items with stains, scents, or visible wear will not be accepted.
International Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Cancellations
Musk Have reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Inaccurate billing details
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Delivery constraints
- Website errors
