RETURNS & EXCHANGES

This policy applies to purchases made through our official website.

  • No refunds are offered under any circumstances.
  • All eligible returns are processed as store credit, valid for 3 months.
  • We offer one-time size exchange per order.

Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Damaged item or manufacturing defect
  • Size exchange request (once per order)

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached.
  • You must email us within 3–5 days of receiving the order.
  • The returned item must reach us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items with stains, scents, or visible wear will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Process

  • Step 1: Email us at muskhaveshop@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Step 2: Choose your preferred return method:
    • Self-ship: You bear the shipping cost.
    • Pickup service (available only for store credit):
      • We will send you a shipping label.
      • Print and attach the label for pickup.
      • INR 250 will be deducted from your store credit.
  • Step 3: Processing timelines:
    • Store credit issued within 3–4 business days post inspection.
    • Replacements dispatched within 10 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-made or customised pieces
  • Sale items and items marked as ‘Final Sale’
  • Sales items that are marked down and not purchased as ‘Final Sale’ can be returned for store credit.
  • Accessories
  • Purchases made using store credit
  • International orders

Order CancellationsMusk Have reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:

  • Product unavailability
  • Inaccurate billing details
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Delivery constraints
  • Website errors
