RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

This policy applies to purchases made through our official website.

 Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All returns and exchanges are processed as store credit only.

 

Conditions for Returns and Replacements

Eligibility:

  • Incorrect item delivered.
  • Item delivered damaged.
  • Item has a manufacturing defect.
  • Size exchange needed.

Process:

  • Contact Us: Reach out within 5 days of receiving the package to report any issues.
  • Return Method: All returns are processed as store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
  • Store Credit Validity: Store credits are valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and unwashed—with original tags attached. They must be returned within 15 days of receiving.

Ineligibility:

  • Custom-made items.
  • Items not returned in their original condition.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered.
  • Items with makeup stains or any scent (e.g., perfume).
  • Sale items, gift cards, store credits, and accessories.

Processing Timeframes:

  • Store Credits: Processed within 3-4 business days after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
  • Exchanges: Replacement packages for exchanges will be dispatched within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Additional Notes:

  • Orders placed using store credits cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If you ship the garment back yourself, Musk Have will not be liable for any loss incurred during the return shipment.
  • Orders can only be exchanged once—no further exchanges allowed.

International Returns & Exchange:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

Delayed or Unreceived Funds

  • Kindly verify your bank account to confirm the receipt of the refund.
  • If the refund remains unacknowledged, reach out to your card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to be credited.
  • Consult with your bank as there may be a processing lag before the refund is reflected in your account.

On Sale Purchases

  • Regrettably, items purchased during a sale promotion cannot be canceled after the order is confirmed and do not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.

Cancellation Policy

Musk Have reserves the discretion to decline or cancel the fulfillment of any orders placed on its website. This decision may be taken for various reasons, including:

  • Unavailability of the product.
  • Inaccurate or unverifiable billing information.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity associated with the order.
  • Inability to deliver to the specified address.
  • Incorrect spelling, pricing, or other errors in the website information.
