DOMESTIC ORDERS

For domestic orders, standard items are typically shipped within 5-8 business days. Custom orders, however, require additional time, usually 14-21 days, as the garment is crafted post-order placement. While we strive for prompt delivery, please allow for these timelines, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods, there may be slight delays in shipping. Be assured, we'll keep you updated via email or phone regarding any delays in your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Experience global convenience with our worldwide shipping service. Shipping rates will be dynamically calculated during checkout, tailored to your specific location. For international orders, expect dispatch within 7-14 working days. Please allocate an additional 7-10 days for shipping to ensure your order reaches you seamlessly.

Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email from us with your order number and details. We'll also share tracking information with you as soon as our delivery partners pick up the product so you can stay updated on its delivery status.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the product you've ordered. We'll process your order as quickly as possible and work to get it to you as soon as we can. If there are any issues or delays, we'll be sure to let you know and work with you to find a solution.

For deliveries, there will be a flat shipping fee that you can view at the time of ordering and in all order-related emails. This fee will not be refunded if the item is returned. Once the products are shipped, the risk of loss and title will pass to you.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read the following important terms and conditions before you buy anything on our site.

"We", "us" or "our" means Musk Have under Nirvair Design Studio, a company incorporated in India, whose registered office is at Thane, Mumbai. "You" or "your" means the person using our site to buy goods from us.

1. Introduction

Musk Have offers this website including all the information, tools and services available from this site. If you buy goods on our site you agree to be legally bound by this contract. You may only buy goods from our site for non-business reasons. This contract is only available in English.

2. Ordering Goods From Us

You will need to register on the site with accurate, current information and keep your password secure. Placing an order means adding items to your bag and completing checkout; items are not reserved until payment. After checkout, we'll email an acknowledgement, but this doesn't mean your order is accepted. We may decline an order if goods are unavailable, payment can't be authorised, or there's a pricing/description error. A binding contract forms only once we send a Confirmation Email.

3. Delivery

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Delivery dates in the Confirmation Email are estimates only. Deliveries must be signed for at the delivery address; the signature is proof of delivery. If we can't deliver within 14 days, we'll notify you, cancel the order, and issue store credit. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery, and we may deliver in installments.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron and PayPal. Cards are charged only on dispatch. Prices shown at checkout are in the displayed currency; you're responsible for any currency conversion charges from your card provider. If a product is priced or described incorrectly, we may contact you or cancel the order. Prices for Indian shipping addresses include applicable taxes and duties; international orders may incur additional customs charges payable by you.

5. Nature of the Goods

Weights, sizes, measurements and colours may vary slightly from the website due to monitor differences or the handmade nature of many garments. Small irregularities in hand-finished or hand-embroidered pieces are not manufacturing faults. Packaging may differ from what's shown on site.

6. Made to Measure

Garments are produced to the specifications provided at order time. Changes after confirmation should be requested by emailing muskhaveshop@gmail.com as soon as possible; an additional fee may apply if the garment hasn't been dispatched yet.

7. Returns or Exchanges

Returns/refunds are only accepted for faulty goods, and you must notify us within 3 days of delivery and return the item within 7 days. For faulty items, we'll repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion. Contact muskhaveshop@gmail.com to start a return; delivery costs back to us are your responsibility. Refunds go back to the original payment method where possible, otherwise as 30-day store credit.

8-14. Additional Terms

Ending this contract doesn't affect any money you owe us. Except where legally required, we're not liable for unforeseeable losses, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses; our overall liability is capped at what you paid for the goods and delivery. Disputes are handled under Indian law with Thane jurisdiction. Site content (graphics, text, media) is protected intellectual property and may not be reproduced. We may amend these terms at any time, with continued site use constituting acceptance. Discounts and promo codes are non-transferable, cannot be combined, and don't apply retroactively to already-discounted items.

15. Gift Cards

Gift e-cards can only be redeemed for purchases on our website, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are valid for 6 months from issue. Unused balances beyond a purchase remain as credit on the card; expired cards cannot be reissued.

16. Force Majeure

We won't be liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — strikes, natural disasters, war, epidemics/pandemics, transport or telecom disruptions, or government restrictions. Our obligations are suspended for the duration of such an event, and we'll use reasonable efforts to resolve it.

This policy applies to purchases made through our official website.

• No refunds are offered under any circumstances.
• All eligible returns are processed as store credit, valid for 3 months.
• We offer one-time size exchange per order.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• Incorrect item delivered
• Damaged item or manufacturing defect
• Size exchange (permitted once per order, subject to availability)

Please note: size exchanges are allowed only once per order. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead — non-refundable and redeemable only once.

Store Credit Usage

• Can be used to purchase any product, regardless of value difference
• Unused balance is not carried forward or refunded
• Cannot be redeemed against COD or shipping charges

Return & Exchange Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags intact
• Email us within 5 days of receiving your order
• Returned item must reach us within 7 days of delivery
• Items with stains, scents, signs of wear, or damage will not be accepted

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1 — Raise a Request: Email muskhaveshop@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Step 2 — Choose Your Return Method: Self-ship at your own cost, or use our pickup service (available only for store credit; a shipping label will be shared and INR 250 deducted from the store credit for pickup charges).

Step 3 — Processing Timelines: Store credit is issued only for the product value — COD and shipping charges are not included. Credit is issued within 3-4 business days after inspection; replacements/exchanges are dispatched within 10 days of receiving the return.

Order Cancellations

Musk Have reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, inaccurate billing/shipping details, suspected fraud, delivery/logistical constraints, or website/pricing errors.
